6 oz Firm Silken Tofu
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Asian Marinade, you will need 2 tablespoons.- Drain and pat tofu dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Coat with marinade in a shallow dish. Marinate for 30 minutes or more if desired.
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Bake on a greased flat pan for 15 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes till golden brown and slightly crispy.
