1 fruit without skin and seeds California Avocados
1 oz Goats Cheese (Soft)
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
0 1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup Tap Water
2 tsp chopped Chives
- Place cut-up avocado in a blender. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. If needed, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with chives and a reserved slice of avocado, if desired. Serve immediately.
