Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Zucchini
- 4 tablespoons chopped Chives
- 1/2 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Cut zucchini into long-thin strips - julienne. Place in a colander with salt and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze excess moisture from zucchini.
- Combine lemon juice, salt, cream and chives.
- Toss with zucchini and serve.
