Ingredients:
- 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Stick
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Cooked Lentils
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Directions:
- Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium-heat.
- Add diced celery and saute until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté until aroma is released, about 30 seconds.
- Add lentils and lemon juice and cook to heat through, about 3 minutes. Stir in parsley, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
