  • 1/2 cup chopped English Walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, mix beef, sour cream, white onion, walnuts, garlic, and salt. Form into 24 small meatballs; place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake 15 minutes, until nicely browned.
