Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce Onions
- 1/2 cup chopped English Walnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Sour Cream (Cultured)
- 1 pound Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, mix beef, sour cream, white onion, walnuts, garlic, and salt. Form into 24 small meatballs; place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes, until nicely browned.
