Veggie Burger Topped with Avocado, Onion, Hummus and Cheddar

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped Onions
  • 1/2 fruit without skin and seed California Avocados
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Hummus Classic
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 burger All American Classic Meatless Burgers

Directions:

  1. Cook veggie burger in microwave or in a skillet over medium high heat with 1 tsp oil. Heat thoroughly. You can also sauté white onions in same pan with the burger. 
  2. Top with sliced avocado, onions, hummus and cheese.
