- 1 serving Meatless Ground Crumbles
- 1 cup Brussels Sprouts
- 1 serving Tofu Shirataki Noodles
Directions:
Use the Atkins recipe to make Peanut Sauce.
- Heat a nonstick skillet with oil. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté until golden brown.
- Add veggie crumbles and cook till thoroughly heated.
- Add noodles* and 6 tbsp Peanut Sauce. Heat thoroughly.
*Use Shirataki soy noodles found in the refrigerated section of health food stores. 1/2 cup serving = 1g NC. 3. Add sauce and heat thoroughly.
