Veggie "Beef" Crumble & Shirataki Sauté with Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Meatless Ground Crumbles
  • 1 cup Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 serving Tofu Shirataki Noodles

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Peanut Sauce.
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet with oil. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté until golden brown. 
  2. Add veggie crumbles and cook till thoroughly heated. 
  3. Add noodles* and 6 tbsp Peanut Sauce. Heat thoroughly. 
*Use Shirataki soy noodles found in the refrigerated section of health food stores. 1/2 cup serving = 1g NC. 3. Add sauce and heat thoroughly.
