Vegetarian "Turkey," Swiss Cheese and Asparagus Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
  • 1 1/2 servings Smart Deli Roast Turkey Style
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Swiss Cheese

Directions:

  1. Lay down 2 slices of "turkey" then one slice of Swiss cheese.
  2. Place 1 asparagus spear at one end and roll-up. Pin with a toothpick if desired.
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
