Vegan Tomato-"Mozzarella" Melt

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato
  • 2 ounces Vegan Gourmet Cheese Alternative Mozzarella

Directions:

  1. Trim top and bottom of tomato to lie flat.
  2. Place half the "cheese" on each tomato half.
  3. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until cheese melts; alternatively, broil in preheated broiler for 1 minute.
