Vegan Nut & Seed Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter, natural creamy
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1/3 tablespoon Maple Syrup (sugar-free)

Directions:

  1. Melt the coconut butter in a microwave safe bowl, about 20 seconds.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine with a fork until well mixed and evenly distributed.
  3. Form 4 balls of about 1 tablespoon each and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
