Vegan "Ham," "Mozzarella" and Avocado Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Mozzarella Cheese (Substitute)
  • 3/4 serving Meatless Deli Ham
  • 1/2 fruit without skin and seed California Avocados

Directions:

  1. Slice cheese in 2 pieces, Layer 1 slice of "cheese" on top of 2 slices of "ham."
  2. Place half of avocado in center and roll up.  Secure with a toothpick.  Repeat with remaining ingredients.
