Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 ounce Soy Protein Isolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Whey protein powder may be substituted (please add 1g NC additional to the total NC value) for non-vegans or vegetarians.
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with 2-4 ice cubes (depending upon the thickness desired). Consider adding coconut extract in addition to or instead of the vanilla.
