DIRECTIONS
This vegan dish will be equally appealing to vegetarians and those who eat meat.- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Dice the tomato and combine with the cooled pasta, peas and white onion.
- Mix together Vegenaise, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, salt and pepper.
- Toss with pasta and vegetable mixture and serve.
