INGREDIENTS

  • 0 1/2 fruit without skin and seeds California Avocados
  • 2 pattie Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 2 slice Imitation American Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage patties in 1 tsp oil.
  2. Place avocado then cheddar cheese substitute on top of sausage while still in pan, cover and cook 1 minute until cheese melts.
  3. Serve immediately.
