Vegan Breakfast "Sausage" Stacked with Avocado and "Cheddar"

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 fruit without skin and seed California Avocados
  • 2 patties Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 2 slices Imitation American Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage patties in 1 tsp oil.
  2. Place avocado then cheddar cheese substitute on top of sausage while still in pan, cover and cook 1 minute until cheese melts.
  3. Serve immediately.
