Ingredients:
- 6 ounces Turkey Sausage
 - 1/3 cup chopped Green Sweet Pepper
 - 2 tablespoons chopped Onions
 - 1 slice (1 ounce) Monterey Jack Cheese
 
Directions:
- Sauté sausage for about 1 minute.
 - Add pepper and white onion and sauté until sausage is cooked and vegetables are soft. Drain off excess fat.
 - Melt cheese on top.
