Turkey Sausage Sauté with Green Bell Peppers and Onions

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Turkey Sausage
  • 1/3 cup chopped Green Sweet Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Onions
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:

  1. Sauté sausage for about 1 minute. 
  2. Add pepper and white onion and sauté until sausage is cooked and vegetables are soft. Drain off excess fat. 
  3. Melt cheese on top.
