Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped Watercress
- 1/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Basil
- 16 ounces Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted)
- 8 medium slice (yield after cooking) Bacon
- 2 plum tomatoes Red Tomatoes
Directions:
Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Cuisine Bread.
- Cook the bacon till crispy, lay on a paper towel and set aside. While bacon cooks, mix mayonnaise with basil. Lightly toast bread and spread mayonnaise on bread slices.
- Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the watercress, 2 slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices.
- Top with remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal.
