Turkey Club with Watercress and Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Watercress
  • 1/3 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Basil
  • 16 ounces Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted)
  • 8 medium slice (yield after cooking) Bacon
  • 2 plum tomatoes Red Tomatoes

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Cuisine Bread.
  1. Cook the bacon till crispy, lay on a paper towel and set aside. While bacon cooks, mix mayonnaise with basil. Lightly toast bread and spread mayonnaise on bread slices.
  2. Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the watercress, 2 slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices.
  3. Top with remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal.
