Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Aioli
- 1/2 each California Avocados
- 6 ounces Ground Turkey 93/7
- 2 medium slice (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
- 1/16 serving Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Directions:
- Make a patty with the ground turkey and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill or pan fry until no longer pink in the center and browned on both sides.
- Finely dice the chipotle pepper and blend with the aioli.
- Top burger with tomato slices, sliced avocado and the chipotle aioli.
