Turkey Burger Topped with Chipotle Aioli, Tomato and Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Aioli
  • 1/2 each California Avocados
  • 6 ounces Ground Turkey 93/7
  • 2 medium slice (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
  • 1/16 serving Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

Directions:

  1. Make a patty with the ground turkey and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.  Grill or pan fry until no longer pink in the center and browned on both sides.
  2. Finely dice the chipotle pepper and blend with the aioli.  
  3. Top burger with tomato slices, sliced avocado and the chipotle aioli.
