Tuna-Penne Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
  • 2 servings Whole Wheat Penne

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly drain tuna and place in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped celery, cooked pasta, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning to taste.
  3. For seasoning try dill weed, salt and pepper, paprika, garlic powder or cayenne pepper or spice combination of your choice.
