1 Keto Sherry Vinaigrette
4 oz Tuna in Water (Canned)
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 half Avocado, Hass
2 cup Spring Mix Salad
Use the Atkins recipe to make Sherry Vinaigrette for this recipe.
- Drain the tuna and finely dice the celery. Combine with the mayonnaise and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Dress the greens with the vinaigrette, top with sliced avocado and serve with the tuna-celery salad.
