Ingredients:

  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
  • 2 cups Spring Mix Salad
  • 1 half Avocado, Hass
  • 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe to make Sherry Vinaigrette for this recipe.
  1. Drain the tuna and finely dice the celery. Combine with the mayonnaise and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
