Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
- 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 ounce Cucumber (with Peel)
- 1 fruit without skin and seed California Avocado
- 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
Directions:
- Drain tuna and place in a bowl.
- Add chopped celery, cucumber, cheese and mayonnaise. Thoroughly combine and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cut avocado in half lengthwise, carefully remove the peel and seed. Scoop the tuna salad into the well of the avocado and serve immediately.
