Keto Tuna-Celery Salad in Avocado Halves

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Tuna in Water (Canned)
  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 ounce Cucumber (with Peel)
  • 1 fruit without skin and seed California Avocado
  • 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Directions:

  1. Drain tuna and place in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped celery, cucumber, cheese and mayonnaise. Thoroughly combine and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Cut avocado in half lengthwise, carefully remove the peel and seed. Scoop the tuna salad into the well of the avocado and serve immediately.
