Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cup, shredded or choppeds Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
- 3 cups shredded Radicchio
- 3 cups chopped Endive
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice. Slowly whisk in oil until dressing has slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add endive, radicchio and lettuce. Toss lightly to coat. Enjoy!
