Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tortilla Low Carb Tortillas
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush tortilla with olive oil.
- Place a small, inverted oven-proof custard cup or ramekin on a baking sheet. Drape tortilla over the cup, and fit a second cup over the top of the tortilla to hold it in place.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until tortilla is crisp and holds it shape. Allow tortilla to cool completely before unmolding.
