Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Turkey Sausage
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato
- 1 ounce Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk)
Directions:
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Form turkey sausage into 2 patties and sauté until nicely browned and cooked through. Place the mozzarella on top of the sausage patties during the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese.
- Slice tomato into 2 large slices. Arrange first on a plate then layer on the sausage and mozzarella. Serve immediately.
