DIRECTIONS
- Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and onions. Juice and zest the lime.
- In a medium bowl, gently toss tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, onion, 3 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest and cumin.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
