Ingredients:
- 3 slices Canadian Bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato
Directions:
- Sauté Canadian bacon until golden on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Slice tomato into 3 thick slices.
- Layer Canadian bacon with the tomato and top with Cheddar on a plate. Heat in microwave or place under a broiler for 30 seconds to melt cheese.
