Tomato, Canadian Bacon and Cheddar Stacks

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices Canadian Bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato

Directions:

  1. Sauté Canadian bacon until golden on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
  2. Slice tomato into 3 thick slices.
  3. Layer Canadian bacon with the tomato and top with Cheddar on a plate. Heat in microwave or place under a broiler for 30 seconds to melt cheese.
