Tomato, Bacon and Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5" diameter) Red Tomato
  • 2 medium slice (yield after cooking) Bacon

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon slices on frying pan until crispy. Drain off fat and cool on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  2. Slice tomato and arrange on a plate with bacon and top with cheese. Heat for 10-30 seconds in a microwave to melt the cheese or put under a broiler for 30 seconds till melted.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
