Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 4 ounces Firm Silken Tofu
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté tofu for 2 minutes.
  2. Add spinach and cook till semi-wilted.
