- 14 ounces Firm Silken Tofu
- 2 ounces Mozzarella Soy Cheese
- 1 serving Stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 fluid ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/3 tablespoon Basil
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
This is a great-tasting nondairy substitute for ricotta cheese to enjoy as a snack or use as an ingredient in recipes such as lasagna. Substitute it one for one in recipes.
- Mash together tofu, lemon juice, chopped basil, Stevia, salt, garlic powder and "mozzarella" substitute.
