0 1/4 cup Whole Grain Soy Flour

1 tbsp (1/8 cup) Kelp Seaweed

16 oz Firm Silken Tofu

0 1/2 cup Soy Milk

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray parchment paper on a sheet pan with olive oil spray and set aside.
- Combine flax meal, soy flour and all spices, mix well. The kelp give this recipe a fish flavor, it is optional.
- Cut tofu into 1/2 inch slices. Dip slices into soy milk and then into the soy flour mixture to coat. Place 1 inch apart onto sheet pan. Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for an additional 15 minutes till crispy and browned. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and tartar sauce.
