Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 24 ounces boneless, raw Salmon
Directions:
Use the Atkins recipe to make Teriyaki Glaze for this recipe, you will use 4 Tbsp. Store the remaining glaze for up to one week in a sealed container or freeze for later use.
- Heat broiler. Cut salmon into 4 pieces. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
- Place pieces on a broiler pan 6 inches from heat source. Brush with half the sauce (about 2 Tbsp).
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes; brush with remaining sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional; only in Phase 2 or higher). Cook 2 minutes more, just until cooked through. Discard any remaining sauce used on the salmon before it was cooked.
