3 oz Turkey Light Meat (Cooked, Roasted)
3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) ASPARAGUS
1 3/4 oz SWISS CHEESE
- Layer one slices of Swiss cheese over two slices of turkey.
- Place both pieces of an asparagus spear at one end and roll up. Secure with a toothpick if desired.
- Repeat twice for 3 roll-ups.
