Ingredients:
- 3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
- 3 ounces Turkey Light Meat (Cooked, Roasted)
- 1 3/4 ounces Swiss Cheese
Directions:
- Layer one slices of Swiss cheese over two slices of turkey.
- Place both pieces of an asparagus spear at one end and roll up. Secure with a toothpick if desired.
- Repeat twice for 3 roll-ups.
