Swiss Cheese, Turkey and Asparagus Roll-Ups with Aioli

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted)
  • 1 3/4 slice (1 ounce) Swiss Cheese
  • 3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus

Directions:

Use the Atkins recipe for Aioli.
  1. Layer turkey and cheese together. 
  2. Carefully roll-up the asparagus in the turkey and cheese. 
  3. Serve with Aioli or spread Aioli between the layers of turkey and cheese before rolling up with asparagus.
