Keto Swiss Chard with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pounds Swiss Chard
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tablespoon Light Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut chard stems crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces. Cut leaves in half lengthwise, stack them and cut crosswise into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until just fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add chard stems; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  3. Add chard leaves in batches, tossing to coat; season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook, stirring once, until stems are tender and leaves are wilted, 4 to 5 minutes.
