Sweet and Spicy Keto Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 6 teaspoons Texas Pete's Hot Sauce
  • 14 ounces Chicken Breast Filet, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (Hellman's Real)
  • 6 slices Bacon

Directions:

Ingredient note: We list Texas Pete’s hot sauce in the ingredients, but you can swap that for your favorite hot sauce.
  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, hot sauce and syrup. Set aside one quarter of the sauce (1 1/4 tablespoons for 4 servings) in the refrigerator as a dipping sauce.
  2. Cut the chicken into 1 ½-inch cubes. Coat the chicken with the remaining sauce (3 ½ tablespoons for 4 servings) and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours.
  3. Heat an air fryer to 390°. Cut the bacon slices in half, and wrap one half bacon strip around each marinated chicken cube, securing with toothpicks or short skewers. Cook in a single layer the air fryer for 8 minutes, flipping half way through, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Serve warm with the dipping sauce. Each serving is 3 bites with 1 teaspoon sauce.
