2 lb Cabbage

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

2 tbsp Vinegar (Cider)

0 1/4 tsp Allspice Ground

1 small Red Onions

2 31/48 fl oz Red Table Wine
DIRECTIONS
- Shred cabbage.
- Melt butter in a large, heavy Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chopped apples and onion. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Stir in cabbage and cook 8 minutes more, stirring frequently, until slightly wilted. Stir in sugar substitute, vinegar, salt and allspice.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover, add wine. Cook 10-15 minutes more, until very tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
