INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz fresh baby arugula, organic
  • 5 oz burrata cheese
  • 3 oz prosciutto
  • 0 1/2 cup marcona almonds, blanched
  • 8 lrg fresh strawberries
  • 12 ea fresh basil, leaf
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, regular, 134015
  • 0 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 0 1/2 tsp black pepper, ground

DIRECTIONS

  1. Arrange arugula on the bottom of a serving bowl. Top with roughly chopped burrata cheese, torn prosciutto, almonds, sliced strawberries, and roughly chopped basil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
