Ingredients:
- 5 ounces fresh baby arugula, organic Earthbound Farm
- 3 ounces prosciutto FNDDS
- 6 tablespoons olive oil USDA
- 8 lrgs fresh strawberries Canadian Nutrient File
- 5 ounces burrata cheese Trader Joe's
- 12 eas fresh basil, leaf FNDDS
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, regular, 134015 DeLallo
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt USDA
- 1/2 cup marcona almonds, blanched Now
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground USDA
Directions:
- Arrange arugula on the bottom of a serving bowl. Top with roughly chopped burrata cheese, torn prosciutto, almonds, sliced strawberries, and roughly chopped basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
