Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Sour Cream (Cultured)
  • 1 tablespoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 4 pint as purchased, yields Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Directions:

  1. With an electric mixer on high speed, beat cream and sugar substitute until soft peaks form, about 4 minutes.
  2. Beat in sour cream until well-mixed. Serve with berries.
