Keto Stir-Fried Shrimp with Ginger and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mushroom Pieces and Stems
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ginger Root, fresh, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 1 cup chopped Celery
  • 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, celery and toasted sesame oil and stir-fry for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp, Tamari and red pepper flakes (amount is optional depending upon your desire for hot/spicy flavor). Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and slightly curled; about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
