- 1 artichoke, medium Artichokes (Globe or French)
Directions:
- Prepare artichoke by trimming off the pointy ends of the leaves. Cut off bottom just to where the leaves begin.
- Steam covered for at least 20 minutes, check to see if done - leaves should be easy to pull away from the artichoke.
