Ingredients:

  • 1 artichoke, medium Artichokes (Globe or French)

Directions:

  1. Prepare artichoke by trimming off the pointy ends of the leaves. Cut off bottom just to where the leaves begin.
  2. Steam covered for at least 20 minutes, check to see if done - leaves should be easy to pull away from the artichoke.
