Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard Seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 24 ounces Rib Eye Steak
- 2 teaspoons leaves Oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
Directions:
- Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler.
- Mix chili powder, oregano leaves, ground cumin, ground mustard, salt, ground pepper, ground cayenne and garlic in a small bowl. Rub mixture on both sides of steaks.
- Brush grill with oil.
- Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Serve immediately.
