Keto Steak with Herb-Spice Rub
Cooking tip: This recipe could also be used as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard Seed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 24 ounces Rib Eye Steak
  • 2 teaspoons leaves Oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red or Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic

Directions:

  1. Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler.
  2. Mix chili powder, oregano leaves, ground cumin, ground mustard, salt, ground pepper, ground cayenne and garlic in a small bowl. Rub mixture on both sides of steaks.
  3. Brush grill with oil.
  4. Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Serve immediately.
