Keto Squid with Basil and Lime

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Basil
  • 1 pound Cuttlefish (Mixed Species)
  • 1 fluid ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil

Directions:

  1. Combine squid, basil, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Marinate squid, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour.
  3. Heat a heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat until a drop of water sizzles on the surface, about 45 seconds.
  4. Pour peanut oil into the wok, add squid, and cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes, until squid is opaque.
  5. Serve immediately.
