Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Ground Pork
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 ounce Club Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1/2 pound Ground Veal
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 medium (2-1/2" diameter) Onions
Directions:
- Combine veal, beef, pork, club soda, white onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- With moistened hands, take 2 heaping tablespoon of mixture and shape it into a 3 roll. Continue making rolls until all the mixture is used. (You will have 10 to 15 rolls.)
- Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat until it is very hot. Cook rolls in batches, 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with salt before serving.
