Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 6 teaspoons Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, bring garlic and oil to a simmer, cook at a low simmer 9 to 11 minutes, until garlic is soft.
- Stir in spices and remove from heat; let cool. Transfer to a mini-food processor and purée until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and salt; purée again briefly to combine.
