Snow Pea and Water Chestnut Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Tamari Soybean Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snowpeas (Pea Pod)
  • 1/4 cup slouse Waterchestnuts

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of canola oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot sauté the snow peas until tender, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add water chestnuts and tamari. Sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add sesame oil and serve immediately.
