INGREDIENTS

  • 3 each Red or White Radish, raw
  • 2 medium slice Red Onion
  • 1 each Garlic, clove
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage, raw, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 0 1/8 oz PIckled Jalapenos
  • 0 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0 1/8 tsp Lime Zest

DIRECTIONS

Ingredient notes: Use 1 teaspoon diced jalapenos (3-4 grams), or more to taste.
  1. Prepare the vegetables: Trim the root and stem from the radishes, cut in half and then thinly slice. Cut onion slices into quarters. Press or mince the garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until evenly distributed and well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) for best results.
