Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/8 ounce PIckled Jalapenos
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Lime Zest
- 1 cup Red Cabbage, raw, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 3 each Red or White Radish, raw
- 1 each Garlic, clove
- 2 medium slices Red Onions
Directions:
Ingredient notes: Use 1 teaspoon diced jalapenos (3-4 grams), or more to taste.
- Prepare the vegetables: Trim the root and stem from the radishes, cut in half and then thinly slice. Cut onion slices into quarters. Press or mince the garlic.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until evenly distributed and well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) for best results.
