Keto Shrimp Stuffed Eggs
Cooking tip: Having a party? When planning your low carb spread, think about which dishes you can make in advance and which need fresh ingredients that day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces Shrimp, cooked, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 12 large Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Chives

Directions:

  1. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.  Remove the yolks and place into a medium bowl; set the whites aside.  
  2. Add mayonnaise, diced chives and celery seeds to the bowl and blend together with the yolks.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Add the cooked (peeled and deveined) diced shrimp, stirring to combine.
  3. Fill whites with shrimp mixture and refrigerate covered in plastic wrap for at least 1 hour before serving.
